I grew up on a dairy, milking cows, then spent 15 years working in and managing restaurants for Chili’s and The Cheesecake Factory. I never planned on getting into the gelato business but in hindsight, you can draw a straight line from now back to 1979 when I saw a movie called Breaking Away.
